Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the terms and procedures for the use of all services(hereinafter “services”) provided by GYMBOXX Fitness(hereinafter “GYMBOXX”) through GYMBOXX centers and the GYMBOXX app.

Article 2. Definitions of Used Terms

The definitions of the terms used in this agreement are as follows:

  1. Member: An individual who receives services provided by GYMBOXX in accordance with the membership/PT agreement.
  2. Service agreement: A contractual agreement entered between GYMBOXX and a member concerning the utilization of services.
  3. Registration: The act of agreeing to these terms and the membership/PT agreement, completing identity verification, and thereby concluding the service agreement.
  4. ID: The member’s email address used for identification and for the member’s utilization of services (only one ID registration per member is permissible).
  5. PIN : A 6-digit temporary number issued upon sign up to identify the member’s email address.
  6. Termination of Use: The expression of intent by GYMBOXX or the member to conclude the service agreement following the utilization of services.

Article 3. Effect and Modification of Terms

If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may request Termination of Use. If the member does not express refusal and continues to use the service or does not request termination of use within 7 days from the effective date of the revised terms, it shall be deemed that they have agreed to the amended terms.

  1. These terms take effect by being posted on the service screen, bulletin board, or through other methods such as pop-ups.
  2. GYMBOXX may amend the contents of these terms if deemed necessary, and the amended terms will be posted on the service screen.
  3. If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may discontinue use of the service and terminate their own service agreement.

Article 4. Miscellaneous Regulations

Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by the provisions of the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 5. Establishment of Service Agreement

The service agreement is established upon the company’s acceptance of the member’s service application and the member’s agreement to the terms and conditions.
