GYMBOXX Fitness Membership Terms and Conditions

Article 1. Purpose

The term ‘members’ collectively refers to individuals who purchase or receive PASS memberships (hereinafter ‘memberships’), or personal training (hereinafter PT) to utilize GYMBOXX FITNESS centers (hereinafter ‘GYMBOXX’).

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the rights, responsibilities, and other necessary matters concerning members using GYMBOXX.

Article 2. Obligations to Commence and Explain

Members acknowledge sufficient understanding and consent to the following matters by agreeing to these terms:

1. Business hours
2. Personal information of trainers
3. Fees for using GYMBOXX
4. Suspension and refund policies for PASS memberships and products (rental gymwear, personal lockers)
5. Cautionary notes on personal belongings storage and terms of locker usage
6. Other necessary matters including member safety regulations

Article 3. Usage of Member Access System

Members may enter the center using the following methods:

1. Entry barcode through the GYMBOXX app after purchasing PASS memberships.
2. One-time barcode displayed on the GYMBOXX website after purchasing 1-Day Pass

Members using memberships other than PRO memberships may enter once per day. Members using PRO membership have unlimited access without restrictions.

Article 4. Prohibition of Sharing Memberships

If a membership is shared with others, transferred or sold without authorization, GYMBOXX may charge the member 30 times the regular price of the membership. Shared memberships will be terminated immediately upon detection without refund, and the member agrees not to dispute this action.
