Article 1. Purpose of Collection

GYMBOXX Fitness (hereinafter referred to as "GYMBOXX") establishes the following policy to protect the personal information and rights of its members in accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Act" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc."

Article 2. Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information

GYMBOXX collects the minimum personal information necessary for the establishment and performance of service usage through lawful and fair means. GYMBOXX intends to collect personal information that can identify members. Therefore, GYMBOXX provides information regarding the collection and use of personal information during membership registration, and when members click the 'Agree' button, it is considered that they have consented to the collection and use of personal information.

Article 4. Retention Period and Destruction of Personal Information

1. In principle, the company holds and uses the member’s personal information for a period of time that is notified and agreed upon. If the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved or the member requests to destroy it, it will be destroyed without delay.
2. The following personal information is retained for the specified period of time.

Article 5. Provision and Consignment of Personal Information to Third Parties

1. GYMBOXX will not utilize the personal information of members beyond the scope specified in this Privacy Policy, nor will it provide such information to third parties individuals or other corporate organizations) not designated as recipients in this Privacy Policy without the concsent of the members. However, exceptions are made in any of the following cases:
   1. When requested by the relevant authorities for investigation, trial, or administrative purposes pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
   2. When requested in accordance with the procedures stipulated by other relevant laws and regulations such as; the Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Confidentiality, the Credit Information Use and Protection Act, the Electronic Communication Fundamental Law, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Bank of Korea Act, the Criminal Procedure Act, and other related laws.
